The story

Every family keeps a secret.
This one burns.

The Quest built an empire on a single name. Now that name is the most dangerous thing a man can carry. One night, one fire and one photograph pull three men into a war for what's left of the family — and every one of them is keeping score.

The Heir, holding a burnt family photograph.

The Heir

“He kept the photo. Not the promise.”

Born into the name, raised in its shadow. When the house burned, he walked out with the only proof of who he used to be — and a list of the people who lit the match.

Role · Heir to the Quest name

The Enforcer, in a black cap with an earpiece.

The Enforcer

“Loyal to the family. Until it pays less.”

Quiet, patient, always listening on the other end of the line. He has cleaned up the Quest's mistakes for years. He knows exactly where every body is buried — because he dug the holes.

Role · The family's fixer

The Patriarch, grinning in front of the flames.

The Patriarch

“He smiles because he's already won.”

The old guard of the Quest. He has outlived partners, rivals and his own sons. The city is burning, and he is the only man in it who isn't sweating.

Role · Head of the family

The night it started

One fire.
Three reasons to light it.

A child stands alone in front of a burning house.
The house Where it ended. Where it began.
A scorched photograph of a smiling family.
The photograph The last time they smiled.
A city skyline at night, lit by fire.
The city It never sleeps. Tonight it burns.
